BASICALLY BEGINNERS RETRO CAKE DECORATING
Learn the very basics of cake decorating, like filling and crumb coating, Borders, swags and flowers. String work and piping techniques will finish the look of your retro cakes. You will work on both a foam display cake to keep and a real cake to take home and share with family and friends... or eat it all yourself of course haha!
All material will be provided. No makeup classes.
4 weeks, 6-8:30pm, Cost $299

COUPLES VALENTINE'S CLASS
Couples will have the opportunity to create some romantic treats together. Hands on and all materials are provided. Heart Cupcake for 2, some very sexy cupcakes and Rock n Roll stylish cookies. Take home your goodies to share or spoon feed... we leave that up to you!
Saturday February 11th, 2012. 4-6pm, $89 per couple.

MODERN ART CAKE DECORATING BASICS
Students must be proficient in covering their cakes in icing or have taken the Beginners Retro class. Learn the basics of fondant cake decorating like covering, mixing colors, and decorating techniques. Learn how to handle and work with fondant like a pro. Covering cakes and creating different fondant pattern techniques like quilting, layering and embossing. Make fashion bows and gift bows to create stylish designs. You will get to make and a keep a display foam cake to show off your new skills and also decorate a real cake to enjoy at home for dessert.
All materials will be provided. No makeup classes.

MARCH BREAK CLASSES
Kids Cupcake Workshop. Each workshop will be different from each other. Learn how to make assorted fun cupcakes and cookies.

ADULT ONLY CUPCAKE WORKSHOP
Adults will get to decorate some St.Paty's and naughty style cupcakes and cookies.
